I just turned 30 and my health was totally a disaster at such a young age. I could feel pain in my kidneys, heart, beginning of diabetes, and much more. I was broken mentally and physically. I could not imagine how will I feel when I turn 40 or 50?! I went from trauma after trauma since the day I was born. I was sick and miserable and all possible ways.
